We offer a range of high-quality, handcrafted products made with exceptional attention to detail, as well as curated dropshipped items. Please review the policies below, which distinguish between these two categories.
Shipping Policy
Handcrafted Items (Made by Us)
- Each handcrafted product is meticulously made-to-order, ensuring premium quality and attention to detail.
- Processing Time: Handmade items may require 7-14 business days (or longer for custom orders) to complete before shipment. I can rush orders for a premium.
- Shipping Time: After production, shipping times will vary based on your chosen method at checkout.
Dropshipped Items
- Dropshipped items are sourced from trusted suppliers and shipped directly to you.
- Processing Time: Typically 3-7 business days before shipment.
- Shipping Time:
- Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days (where available).
Please note that processing and shipping times for dropshipped items may vary depending on the supplier and destination. It was our intention to list only items that had good ratings or were at least good enough to wait on.
Returns & Refund Policy
Handcrafted Items (Made by Us)
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Please review the policies for each product category:
- Crowns and Other Handmade Accessories:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be in unused, original condition.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.
- If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
- Custom Wings and Garments:
- Due to the bespoke nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Please double-check all details before placing an order for custom pieces.
Dropshipped Items
- Returns for dropshipped items must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Non-returnable items include personal care products, makeup, and other hygiene-related products.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, whether handcrafted or dropshipped:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- For handcrafted items, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
- For dropshipped items, we will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Notes
- Handmade Items: Shipments originate from our studio, with packaging reflecting the care and craftsmanship of your product.
- Dropshipped Items: These products may ship separately from different suppliers and may not include branding or special packaging.
If your order includes both handmade and dropshipped items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Seasonal Policies
- Halloween Orders & Returns Policy
- For orders placed in October for Halloween delivery, the following policies are strictly enforced:
- No Returns Without Pre-Authorization
- All returns must be pre-approved within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, your return will not be accepted.
- Inspection Before Shipment
- If you have concerns about your order, you must communicate them before the item ships. There will be videos and photos and all kinds of communication between us. We will gladly make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
- Post-Delivery Concerns
- If you are dissatisfied after receiving your item, you must notify us immediately, and no later than 48 hours after delivery. Delays in contacting us will void any eligibility for a return.
- Return Deadlines
- Approved returns must be postmarked by the Thursday before the Monday before Halloween. Returns postmarked after this date will not be accepted, regardless of the circumstances.
- Final Sale Policy
- Any item purchased at a discount or “on sale” is not eligible for return.
- Note: If you don’t contact us within the specified timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
